One of the new rule changes proposed for college football — when we get back to college football — is that players will now be allowed to wear the jersey number zero (once it’s ratified by the NCAA). Some have very strong feelings about this, and some don’t. Most of the strong feelings are in opposition to the jersey number. I mean... I get it.
The number zero has never been a traditional number for football — or any sport really. Basketball has a few here and there, but it’s definitely a rare sighting.
