Brian Kelly has done an excellent job with the Notre Dame football program, as he took over a team in disarray following the Charlie Weis era. He’s returned the Irish to being one of college football’s great teams, and while he hasn’t won a national championship yet, he has had to take over a program facing a new era of college football with new realities.
