The Notre Dame Fighting Irish came to play football on Staurday, but mostly, they came to kick the crap out of the Miami-Ohio Redhawks. They did it with ease to the tune of 52-17.
Josh Adams ran wild early before he was shutdown. Adams had 8 carries for 159 yards and 2 touchdowns in the first half. He passed George Gipp and Randy Kinder in the Notre Dame record book, and was able to sit the rest of the game to stay healthy for next week.
The game was truly over in the first half when Notre Dame headed to the locker room up 45-14.
