The Notre Dame Fighting Irish made a good weekend a GREAT weekend. The Golden Domers used four pitchers on the day to no-hit Boston College, knock in 13 runs, and get the series sweep. This was the first no-hitter for Notre Dame since Brian Piotrowicz did it on May 11, 1988 vs. Ball State.
With the combined no-hitter today from Fox, McDonough, Cooper and Jacobsen, the Irish earn their first (combined or solo) since Brian Piotrowicz on May 11, 1988 vs. Ball State. #GoIrish pic.twitter.com/0H87Pqoq36— Notre Dame Baseball (@NDBaseball) April 21, 2024From the ND Press Release via Claire Kramer:
