The class of 1965 is headed back to campus for their 50 year reunion today. How can it possibly be 50 years since Jack Snow caught nine passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns in ’64 opener vs. Wisconsin? Since Jack Snow finished fifth in the Heisman Trophy voting. Since his teammate John Huarte won the esteemed Heisman Trophy. Since Ara Parseghian coached his inaugural season which provided the springboard for future success during the fabled coach’s 11-year tenure. I’m pretty fond of this class of 1965. Yes, I’m biased, because my dad is a member of this class.
