Play was suspended this afternoon during the first round of the AT&T National Pro-Am -- yet, Notre Dame alum Pete Bevacqua (CEO of the PGA of America) and his partner Jim Furyk were able to complete play.
Bevacqua and Furyk currently stand in a tie for 17th place with a score of -5 under.
Notre Dame alum and Trustee, Jimmy Dunne and his professional playing partner Smylie Kaufman didn't fare quite as well. They're currently sitting at EVEN par after 17 holes of play -- which puts them in a tie for 117th place. The top 25 teams make the cut for Sunday's final round.
