Today, Notre Dame Fighting Irish takes on Wake Forest Demon Deacons. I was trying to figure out exactly what a Demon Deacon actually is and I could not. I knew that I needed to really pay attention this week and hit the books hard to ensure that Her Loyal Sons defeat these Demon Deacons.
Through my studies as a schoolgirl, I discovered that Demon Deacons was just in reference to how they played in a game back in 1923. Furthermore, they have only faced the Fighting Irish twice and have lost both times.
With today being the last home game of the season and Senior Day, I know that Touchdown Jesus will not allow these Demon Deacons to run all over the Fighting Irish.
