Notre Dame football locked a up a solid 21-man class during the early signing period back in December. Now, only one target remains on the board: four-star defensive end Isaiah Foskey out of powerhouse De La Salle High School in Concord, California.
Many have speculated whether or not Foskey actually signed with the Irish back in December, but simply kept his commitment and signature a secret so he could announce on signing day with other De La Salle players. Regardless, it would be a major surprise with less than 24 hours remaining until National Signing Day if Foskey wasn’t Irish.
