Notre Dame Fighting Irish wide receiver Will Fuller announced on Twitter that he will declare for the NFL Draft:

Fuller, who is projected to be a mid-round pick, is now the second Notre Dame player to declare early for the draft, joining running back C.J. Prosise.
Fuller caught 62 passes for 1,258 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, averaging over 20 yards per reception. He caught six passes for 113 yards and touchdown in the Irish's loss to Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl.
