Notre Dame football games are almost always on national TV. NBC broadcasts all Irish home games, while ESPN, ABC and CBS split up the road games, depending on the opponent.
But, in the new "unplug the cord" society, many football fans are no longer subscribing to cable TV and use web connected devices and services to get their programming. That makes things difficult when it comes to live sports... but Notre Dame is innovating and bringing games to anyone with an internet connection.
For the first time, Notre Dame is offering a Season Pass for Fighting Irish fans. You’ll get complete broadcasts of all twelve 2013 regular season games, plus pre- and post-game analysis, delivered to you during the week following each game. Additionally, the Season Pass allows access to special Notre Dame Football productions from Fighting Irish Digital Media.
The cost is $39.99 for the entire season and you can access the games through iTunes here:
***contrary to language in the iTunes description, the games will not be shown LIVE***
