Head of Technical Scouting An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Scouting & Recruitment department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Head of Technical Scouting. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the Head of Technical Scouting will have overall responsibility for the Technical Scouting team, leading on the application of modern scouting methods to support the talent identification & recruitment process whilst driving growth and innovation across the department. Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Management of the Technical Scout team, strategy and processes to drive evidence based practice.
Location: Lotus Training Centre
Contract and Hours: 40 hours per week, as and when required
