Norwich City Under-23s took a 3-0 loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers at Aggborough Stadium on Monday afternoon.
The Canaries saw six changes to the starting eleven that lost 3-2 to Sunderland in their last outing, most notably Sam Blair making his debut for the Academy’s most senior side.
City thought they had the first clear chance of the game after Tom Dickson-Peters’ spin gave the striker room to set Tony Springett free in the box, but the linesman’s flag was quickly raised for offside against the winger.
Up the other end just minutes later, Taylor Perry led Wolves’ attack as he looked up and tried his luck with a distanced effort.
