The style of football and the family spirit of the club were two of the main factors that convinced Pierre Lees-Melou to sign for Norwich City.
The 28-year-old Frenchman, who has played more than 150 games in Ligue 1 and competed in the Champions League and Europa League, spoke to Norwich City’s sporting director Stuart Webber and head coach Daniel Farke prior to joining the club and was enthused by what they told him.
“I spoke a lot with Stuart (Webber),” he said. “It was for 45 or 55 minutes on the visual, they presented to me on the club, the city, the training camp, and they spoke to me about the spirit of the club.
