Cameron Jerome is due for a medical at Derby County on Tuesday after Norwich accepted a £1.5million bid.
The striker has fallen down the pecking order at Carrow Road under Daniel Farke but Gary Rowett believes he can boost Derby’s promotion bid.
Jerome has scored twice in 17 appearances this season and Norwich have accepted the sale to improve tight budgets. It is understood the deal includes a further £500,000 payment in the event of Derby reaching the Premier League.
