Norwich City defender Shane Duffy urged the team to learn quickly and "crack on again" following two defeats away from home in the space of four days.
The Canaries were just one point outside the play-off places following a thrilling 3-3 draw with Middlesbrough in their most recent home game.
But losses to Cardiff City and Sheffield Wednesday have dropped them to 12th in the Championship, although only three points outside the top six.
"I want us to be hurt about how we lost, not that we lost," Duffy told BBC Radio Norfolk following the game at Hillsborough.
