Seven people have been charged or cautioned after incidents before, during and after Saturday's East Anglian derby football match.
A major policing operation oversaw the tense affair between Norwich City and Ipswich Town.
Norfolk Police said offences allegedly committed included a missile being thrown within the Carrow Road stadium and possession of class A drugs.
More than 27,000 fans saw the Canaries win 1-0 against their local rivals.
Six men, aged from their 20s to their 60s and from across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex, have been charged and either released on bail ahead of a court appearance or cautioned.
