Norwich City have been fined £10,000 and ordered to implement an action plan following offensive chanting by fans.
The Canaries were charged with misconduct following a friendly against King's Lynn Town on 8 July last year.
It followed an anonymous report to anti-discrimination charity Kick It Out about ableist chants at the game.
A Norwich statement said the club condemned the chanting and will "take appropriate disciplinary action against anyone identified as being involved".
They added: "The club has a zero-tolerance policy towards discriminatory abuse of all kinds and remains committed to being 'a home for everyone'.
