Norwich boss Daniel Farke was very unhappy with Christos Tzolis following the Carabao Cup third round defeat to Liverpool on Tuesday night.
The Reds progressed to the last-16 due to a Takumi Minaimno double and Divock Origi header but the Canaries spurned a terrific chance to draw level in the first-half.
Tzolis' tame penalty down the middle was saved by Reds keeper Caoimhin Kelleher and Farke revealed after the match that the Greek forward was not the designated penalty-taker on the night.
'He's made this mistake once,' Farke said.
