Cameron Jerome netted a late equaliser to rescue a draw for ten-man Norwich after Lucas Joao's double looked to have won it for Blackburn.
Norwich took the lead when Josh Murphy's cross alluded Blackburn keeper Jason Steele and Jerome was on hand to poke home.
However they went down to ten men just minutes later when Mitchell Dijks went over the top on Marvin Emnes, leaving referee Simon Hooper with little choice but to show a red card to the Dutch defender.
In the second half Blackburn substitute Lucas Joao turned the game on it's head with two quick-fire goals as they finally made their advantage count.
