Liverpool's Premier League title push got off to a perfect start with a comfortable 3-0 victory against newly promoted Norwich.
Jurgen Klopp's side were crippled by injuries last season and weren't able to keep pace with City, but Virgil van Dijk returned to the team and played all 90 minutes at the back for the Reds.
Diogo Jota gave them the lead despite some bright play by Norwich in the first-half, before substitute Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah got on the scoresheet to give Liverpool a convincing win.
