Leeds claimed just their second Premier League win of the season to climb out of the bottom three.
Dumped in the drop zone following Burnley's win over Brentford, Leeds got themselves straight back out by edging out Norwich, to heap more misery on Daniel Farke's side who remain bottom and winless after 10 games.
All the goals came in a four-minute flurry of second half activity which began with a brilliant opener from Raphinha and ended with Rodrigo firing in the winner.
Raphinha had brought the match at Carrow Road to life by scoring the opening goal for Leeds early in the second-half
In between Andrew Omobamidele headed Norwich level briefly but their afternoon ended in familiar fashion.
