Joe Gelhardt netted an injury-time winner as Leeds beat Norwich 2-1 at Elland Road on Sundat to hand Jesse Marsch his first win since arriving at the club.
Marsch's side came flying out the traps and went in front in the 14th minute when Rodrigo's effort deflected past Tim Krul. They could have extended their lead before the break as Raphinha, Pascal Struijk and Patrick Bamford all wasted promising opportunities.
The hosts were made to pay for their disappointing finishing as Kenny McLean scored in the first minute of added time, but Gelhardt popped up three minutes later to hand his side a crucial win in their bid to avoid the drop.
