Tim Krul made his long-awaited return for the Netherlands on Wednesday night in their international friendly defeat to Mexico.
Krul has worked his way back into the Oranje reckoning with consistently high quality performances since his arrival at Carrow Road back in the summer of 2018.
The City goalkeeper earned his ninth cap in Amsterdam on Wednesday, his first since 2015, and produced a string of important saves as a much-changed Netherlands side, being led for the first time by new head coach Frank de Boer, lost out by a solitary goal against the Mexicans.
