Hull City and Luton Town remain in transfer talks with Norwich City over winger Abu Kamara.
Both sides have made offers in the region of £2.5m for the 21-year-old.
The Tigers are still looking for attacking reinforcements, having sold Jaden Philogene back to Aston Villa this summer, while Luton are close to selling winger Chiedozie Ogbene to Ipswich Town for about £8m.
Portsmouth, where Kamara spent last season on loan and helped them win the League One title, have also shown interest but are struggling to meet the asking price.
Kamara, who has made six senior appearances for Norwich, handed in a transfer request earlier this month and BBC Sport understands he would prefer a move to Hull.
