A former youth coach and scout who has worked at Norwich, Peterborough and Cambridge United has been arrested as part of the investigation into historic child sex abuse in football.
Michael Sean Carson, who is better known as Kit Carson, was arrested by Cambridgeshire Police in Cambridge this morning on suspicion of indecency with children and indecent assault.
According to his football consultancy's website, which has now been taken down, the 73-year-old has coached a host of leading players.
He worked at Norwich as a youth coach between 1983 and 1993, before moving to Peterborough to run their youth academy until 2001.
