Norwich City keepers were captured taking part in an exciting game of 'Spikeball' that was brought to the club by goalkeeping coach Dean Kiely.
Kiely, who last played for Premier League club West Bromich Albion before retiring in 2011, partnered young keeper Ben Killip against Canaries stoppers John Ruddy and Paul Jones in a thrilling session captured by drone camera.
Spikeball basically involves two pairs either side of a trampoline using their hands to keep the ball from touching the ground while rebounding it off the trampoline to force their opponents into making a mistake.
Our drone captured this unbelievable rally in @deankiely40's innovative goalkeeper drill, Spikeball!
