Under-23s centre-back Ciaren Jones teamed up with First Team defender Grant Hanley to deliver a solid performance in Monday night's draw against Sunderland.
Hanley has been included in the Under-23s squad for several games in the recent weeks as part of his return from injury, and Jones said the Scotsman's experience on the pitch is helping his development.
“He’s very loud, that’s one thing to say about him," Jones said. "Grant always demands the best from everybody on the pitch.
“His communication is key because he won’t let anyone stop, which keeps all the players going and helps us make sure we are alert and switched on.
