Chelsea and Brighton have agreed a British transfer record fee of £115 million ($146m) for midfielder Moisés Caicedo, sources have told ESPN.
The 21-year-old is expected to undergo a medical on Monday and sign an eight-year deal in a transfer that will surpass the previous highest figure of £105.8m the Blues paid Benfica for Enzo Fernández back in January.
Liverpool had a slightly lower bid accepted on Friday -- worth around £111m -- but sources confirmed to ESPN that the midfielder only wanted to move to Stamford Bridge.
