Jackson was taken off unconscious on a stretcher during Tuesday night's draw at Hull following a clash of heads with Jon Toral, so his recovery continues to be assessed.
Captain Andy Yiadom will be hoping to return to the starting XI after coming off the bench at the KCOM Stadium, where Matthew Pearson had replaced Jackson following the incident early in the second half.
