Bryant played five years at Northwestern (starting 35 games) before entering the 2011 NFL Draft. He landed on the Steelers practice squad for a year after going undrafted in 2011, but found a more stable home in Buffalo in 2013, where he has spent the last three seasons. Bryant, now 28, is coming off a career year in 2015 in which he registered 45 tackles.
