Northwestern football players Mike McHugh (no. 6), Xavier Washington (no. 98) and Eric Lutzen (no. 46) will wear jerseys with the last names of the members of the 1995 Northwestern team who passed away in the 20 years since the season. McHugh will honor the late Marcel Price by wearing his last name. Washington will do the same with the late Bobby Russ. And Lutzen will also do the same tribute for the late Matt Hartl. Each former player wore the current player's number. Northwestern will honor the 1995 team at halftime of the homecoming game Saturday. The athletic department expects around 80 members of the team to be in attendance.
