Northwestern men's basketball released its 2015-16 non-conference schedule Wednesday, and it continues with the pattern Chris Collins established last season: get early wins for a relatively young team. Northwestern, on paper, should probably be favored in all of its games outside the CBE Classic.
Along with the potential to play two of North Carolina, Missouri and Kansas State, the two toughest opponents on Northwestern's non-conference schedule appear to be Virginia Tech and DePaul, who won a combined 23 games in 2014-15.
