Shuler is the only undrafted wide receiver Carolina signed, as he will be joined by RB Jalen Simmons, TE Braxton Deaver (who Shuler and Northwestern played against in Raleigh this past season), OT Jordan Rigsbee, LB Jared Barber, and CB Shaquille Richardson.
