EVANSTON, Ill. (AP) Scottie Lindsey had 15 of his 26 points in the second half and Tre Demps added 16 to lead Northwestern to a 90-63 rout of New Orleans on Saturday night.
Lindsey was 9 for 12 from the field, including 6 of 7 on 3-pointers, as Northwestern (5-1) won its second straight.
Nate Frye had 14 points and Cameron Reed had 13 to lead New Orleans (2-3), which never seriously threatened after the break. The closest the Privateers got was 50-29 early in the second half.
Bryant McIntosh had 13 points and seven assists and Gavin Skelly 10 points for Northwestern.
