Just two years ago, Bryant McIntosh led Northwestern on a remarkable run to its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance.
Now, McIntosh is back in Evanston, this time as part of the staff.
The program announced Tuesday that the legendary NU point guard will return to the court as the program’s assistant director of basketball operations. The program also made this cool video to go along with it.
B-Mac, the program’s all-time assists leader, rejoins the Northwestern men’s basketball program after playing professionally with the Leuven Bears in Belgium for one season.
As assistant director of operations, McIntosh’s responsibilities will include “coordinating film exchange with other universities, managing film operations for practices and games, assisting with team travel, and helping the coaching staff with on-campus recruiting events and tasks,” according to the program’s press release.
