Abbie Wolf is officially the first Wildcat of this year’s senior class to go pro.
Northwestern’s starting center reportedly signed a contract with Club Deportivo Zamarat, a women’s basketball club in Zamora, Spain, according to a press release from the team.
CD Zamarat has finished 12th out of 14 teams in its league the past three years but has finished first three times in its 26 year history.
Wolf is the team’s second signing of the year and will join former New Mexico State guard Brooke Salas who signed with the team for the 2020-2021 season after she was waived by the Seattle Storm.
