At long last, Northwestern has its Class of 2019 running back.
Eight days before National Signing Day, three-star recruit Evan Hull, of Maple Grove, Minn., announced his commitment to the Wildcats on Twitter. Hull becomes NU’s 19th commit in the class of 2019.
Hull was a late add to Northwestern’s radar, but things came together quickly. He picked up his offer on Jan. 18, then reportedly visited Evanston this past weekend. Hull’s other Power Five offer came from Kansas State, and several Ivy League programs were also interested in Hull as a prospect.
One of the top 2019 prospects from Minnesota, Hull was an All-State selection in 2017 and 2018, according to his highlight tape.
