Iowa State finds itself in the thick of a four-way battle for a conference tournament team title after Day One of the Big 12 Championships on Saturday.
The Cyclones piled up 94 points inside Tulsa's BOK Center to sit fourth place entering Sunday's second day. Oklahoma used a strong wrestleback performance to storm into first place with 107 points, followed by second-place tie between Oklahoma State and Wyoming (both have 97). Northern Iowa finds itself on the outside, in sixth with 68.
Oklahoma State stormed to an early lead, but a strong semifinal round from Wyoming and stronger wrestleback rounds from the Sooners and the Cyclones has Sunday shaping up to be a really intriguing day.
