DUBUQUE, Iowa – UNI wrestling won three weights at the Duhawk Open today.
Kyle Biscoglia opened the day with two falls en route to a first-place finish at 125 pounds. Biscoglia was seventh earlier this year at the Midlands Championships.
Drew Bennett and Jack Wagner swept the 133-pound weight class. Both reached the finals and double forfeited the final bout.
At 149 pounds, Triston Lara rolled his way through the bracket with two falls and two major decisions. Derek Holschlag took third at the same weight, and Gable Fox won the consolations.
