GENEVA, Ohio - UNI wrestling's Julian Farber led the Panthers at the U23 World Team Trials with a seventh-place finish.
Farber competed in the freestyle division at 61kg. Farber opened with a win before being bumped into the consolations. He went on a five-match win streak to find his way to the seventh-place match, overtaking Jace Koelzer of Northern Colorado Wrestling Club. Koelzer took sixth at the Big 12 Championships this last spring.
