COLUMBIA, Missouri - The Panther volleyball team got back in the win column on Friday afternoon, defeating the Roos of Kansas City 3-1 (25-10, 25-12, 23-25, 25-18).
The Panthers dominated the first two sets, outscoring the Roos 50-22. The Panthers finished the first set with a .556 hitting percentage and finished the second set with a .636 before stumbling in the third. The Panthers struggled to get the offense going and finished with a .143 hitting percentage, the lowest of the match. The Panthers regrouped and capped off the match with 14 kills on 30 swings.
