Box Score CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The University of Northern Iowa women's basketball team took down the Tulsa Golden Hurricane Sunday afternoon, posting a 75-59 victory. UNI is 5-5 overall this season.
Jen Keitel led the Panthers with a season-high 21 points, shooting 8-for-12 from the field and 2-for-2 from the three while adding nine rebounds. Amber Sorenson chipped in 17 points, going 3-for-4 from the arc with Madison Weekly rounding out UNI's double-digit scorers with 12 points and two assists.
The Panthers took a 10-2 lead heading into the media timeout in the first quarter, holding Tulsa to just one field goal in the first four minutes of the game.
