AMES, Iowa— Katie Taylor led the way for the UNI swimming and diving team with three first-place finishes, as the Panthers fell to Iowa State 179-121.
Katie Taylor timed in at fifty-four seconds and seventy-two hundredths of a second (54.72) in the 100 backstroke to lead all competitors. Taylor clocked in at 1:59.84 in the 200 backstroke for first-place. In the 200 IM, Taylor timed in at 2:04.48 for first-place.
Moriah Ross captured first-place in the 100 breaststroke, swimming a 1:04.96. Ross would lead all competitors in the 200 breaststroke, timing in at 2:19.
