Box Score GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The University of Northern Iowa women's soccer team opened regular season play Friday afternoon, traveling to North Dakota for a match with the Fighting Hawks that ended in a 0-0 draw in overtime.
The Panthers dominated the box score in the match, securing more possession and out shooting the Hawks on goal ten to six. Despite having control of the game, quality goal-keeping kept the Panthers off the board. UNI had a chance at the end of regulation to pull out the win, but were unable to put a rebound off a save into the back of the net.
