CEDAR FALLS — The message hasn’t really changed, but how it is delivered is definitely different.
That is not a bad thing according to Northern Iowa football coach Mark Farley.
With seven new coaches on his staff, one of Farley’s top priorities was getting the Panthers to adapt to those new voices and for the most part he feels the transition has been smooth.
“Everybody says things differently although we are all saying similar things,” Farley said. “It is how we say them and how we are heard that matters most.
