CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – UNI football closes spring practice on Saturday, April 27, with an open practice at 1 p.m. at the UNI-Dome.
The practice will take place en lieu of a spring scrimmage. Injuries during the offseason and early in spring practices prevent the UNI coaches from putting together two full rosters to compete for a spring game.
Despite the injuries, Saturday's practice will include full contact team periods so fans will get a look at revamped Panther offense under first-year Offensive Coordinator Ryan Mahaffey.
Fans in attendance can also pick up the 2019 UNI football schedule poster.
