PEORIA, III. — UNI cross country recorded seven personal-bests at the Bradley Pink Classic on Friday afternoon in its final tune-up before the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Championships. The Panthers were scatter throughout the afternoon, competing in four separate races at Peoria's Newman Golf Course.
Caleb Kass, competing in the men's 8K white tier race, ran a time of 27:27 on the course, cutting two minutes and nine seconds off his season-best time to finish in 93rd place. Lauren Klein ran a time of 23:59 in the women's 6K white tier race, also improving her 6K time to cross the finish line in 44th place.
