Cedar Falls, Iowa- The Panthers head into post-season competition for the NCAA Midwest Regional Cross Country Championship. The race is hosted by the University of Iowa and held at Ashton Cross Country Course on Friday, November 12th. The women will race in a 6K slated to begin at 11 a.m. C.T. and the men will follow in a 10K race at 12 p.m. C.T. Teams that will participate will be all Division 1 teams within the region, including teams from Iowa, Oklahoma, Illinois, Minnesota, and other surrounding states.
The women are slated to put their best foot forward with top racer Kiki Connell.
