NORMAL, Ill.—The University of Northern Iowa women's swimming and diving team tied with Illinois State tonight at 150 points.
Katie Taylor swam to three individual first-place finishes tonight against the Redbirds. Taylor timed in at fifty-nine seconds and forty-seven hundredths of a second in the 100 backstroke. Taylor was five seconds ahead of the competition in the 200 backstroke, swimming a 2:02.48. Taylor rounded out the evening, swimming a 2:07.62 in the 200 IM.
Molly Lembezeder and Rachel Siebenaller took first and second places in the 100 freestyle, timing in at 52.
