Panthers Wrap Second Day at Gibson Invitational

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – UNI track and field earned an event win from graduate-student Kyler Yodts in the men's hammer throw, and notched seven top-five finishes at the close of the second day of competition at the Gibson Invitational in Terre Haute, Ind. on Friday. The Panther men lead the field with a team score of 31, while the women are fifth in the team standings with 15 points.

Yodts garnered a first-place finish with a personal-best toss of 63.21m in the men's hammer throw, which moved him to second all-time in the category at UNI.
